    "bio" : "Jeff joined HPU in 2022 as Vice President and Chief Marketing Communications Officer. Jeff is a native of New York where he studied economics at St. John’s University before earning his masters in educational policy, planning and leadership at William & Mary in Virginia. Jeff’s career has included executive leadership positions at Target Corporation and UnitedHealth Group, William & Mary, Hamline University and The College of St. Scholastica. In his spare time, you’ll find Jeff exploring the many beaches of Oahu on his paddle board, biking or hiking Hawaii’s amazing trails. "
