Attendees reflected on the Center’s accomplishments, such as strengthening statewide workforce data collection and advancing clinical education. They were also introduced to the new 2025–2030 strategic plan that is focused on innovation, collaboration, and sustainability in nursing practice and education.

HPU Assistant Professor of Nursing and BSN Chair Joy A. Bliss, Ph.D., RN, attended alongside HPU Adjunct Faculty Amy Thomas, MSN, APRN, FNP, who is also Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s System Chief Nurse Executive and Director of Clinical Education.
