International Scholarships

International undergraduate freshman and transfer applicants are considered for academic merit scholarships at the time of admission based on academic abilities. Academic merit scholarships are applied towards tuition. To determine academic merit scholarship eligibility, please complete an application for undergraduate admission. No separate scholarship application is required. Students will be notified, at the time of admission, whether or not an academic merit scholarship has been awarded. 

International students can apply for Talent scholarships in areas such as Vocal Ensemble, Band, Orchestra, and E-Sports. Click here for more details.

HPU, a member of NCAA Division II, offers a limited number of athletic scholarships. These scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the head coach. Click here to learn more.

Applicants to be considered for this Fall term only non-stackable scholarship (50% of tuition) should be new full time degree seeking international students planning to come to the US on an F-1 visa. This opportunity does not extend to transfer, visiting, or exchange students. Applicants should print out the application and write or attach the essay and email to: international@hpu.edu

The #YouAreWelcomeHere Scholarship is now open for the Fall term and the deadline to submit your application and essay is March 1st. Recipients will be notified in April.

Each year, HPU welcomes members of Phi Theta Kappa into the incoming transfer class. A Phi Theta Kappa scholarship will be awarded to qualified community college transfer students who currently hold active membership.  For more information and to apply click here.
