This fall, the Instructional Technology and Client Services team, under the leadership of Mark Nitta, underwent a re-structuring process:
- Marcus Greggs has been promoted to Manager, Client Services, Technical Support. He will now supervise the technical support staff at ITS Client Services and will continue to provide remote support to the military campuses and Oceanic Institute.
- Melissa Azzalina is now the Manager of ITS Customer Relations. In this role, Melissa will oversee all frontline Client Services. This includes services provided at the Faculty Support Center (FSC) at Waterfront Plaza.
This past August, ITS also welcomed Brodie Kinder back to the team as the new Manager of Multimedia Services. As an HPU graduate with a degree in Psychology, Brodie previously played a role in helping to shift HPU to virtual learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also assisted in design and implementation of classroom spaces. He brings professional AV experience from Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa and Fortune 500 corporate productions.
Outside of work, Brodie enjoys surfing and producing music. His goal is to create seamless classrooms and event experiences that highlight HPU’s excellence.
Stay tuned for more updates, as Client Services and Multimedia continues to streamline processes to provide better support to HPU’s faculty and staff.
